New assignments include:

Landair is delighted to be providing real estate development consulting and project management services to assist in forwarding the development of Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company’s new $ 35 million national headquarters to be located on 125th Street. The development cost is being funded by a creative mix of public and private sources, including New Market Tax Credits and HUD Section 108 funding.

We continue our long-standing relationship with the New-York Historical Society, by providing owner’s representation services on the next phases of the Society’s impressive master plan.

Landair affiliate, Red Green, as Developer, is completing the development of eight three-family houses on land purchased from the New York City Department of Housing, Preservation and Development in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, targeted to the affordable housing market. Total development costs are $3.2 million for all 8 properties.
