Landair Project Resources, Inc. (Landair) provides comprehensive real property advisory services to Government agencies. These services are available under GSA Schedule 520 (FABS), contract GS-23F-0005T (SIN 520-1).

Available to all levels of government through the GSA Federal Supply Service, the team's program financial advisory specialists focus on Public Private Partnerships (P3), Enhanced Use Leasing, Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC), Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI) and Affordable Housing Development Support.   Team services include economic research and analysis, evaluation of market and development potential, fiscal impact analysis/public revenue shortfalls, structured funding and preparation of pro-forma financials.

  Team services include identification of funding sources, preparation of developer solicitations and offer evaluation, analysis of negotiating strategies and management of development efforts.

  Team services include identification of innovative funding techniques and negotiation of key transaction and risk mitigation provisions.
